Tips
- Book a gazebo in advance if visiting with family or a group. Basic gazebos include towels, a safe, a power outlet, and food service. They sell out weeks ahead during peak season (June–August).
- Arrive at 9 AM opening for the shortest queues. Afternoons from 1:30 PM onwards also tend to be quieter as morning visitors leave.
- The park operates a cashless wristband system for all in-park purchases. Load credit at entry and receive a cash refund for any unspent balance at exit.
- Height minimums apply to most slides — 120–122 cm for the main rides. Check the park's ride chart if travelling with children to manage expectations.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed. Five dining outlets serve fresh meals daily, though prices are higher than outside the park. Budget IDR 150,000–250,000 per person for food.
- Avoid swimwear with metal buttons, studs, or zips. These are not permitted on slides for safety reasons and may result in being turned away from certain rides.
