- Arrive at opening to claim shaded sunbeds; the prime spots near the kids' pool clear by 10:30 am.
- The locker fee is daily, not per use; one large locker per group is more economical than several small ones.
- Park-issued cashless wristbands are loaded at entry and refunded at exit; carry a card for the top-up.
- The Climax slide requires a separate sign-up at the slide base; queues form before opening.
- Outside food and drink are not allowed; the in-park food court accepts the wristband and major cards.
- Reapply sunscreen every two hours; the park sits under direct equatorial sun with limited cloud cover.
