Tips
- If possible, buy a multi-ride package (at least 3 or 4 rides). One run lasts only a few minutes and you’ll want to try all the different tracks – most visitors end up wanting “just one more go.”
- Go early in the day or on weekdays to avoid long queues. Lines can build up in late afternoon and early evening, especially on weekends and holidays.
- Children must be at least 6 years old and 110cm tall to drive a luge on their own. Younger kids (or those below the height limit) can ride in tandem with an adult in the same cart, so little ones don’t have to miss out.
- Secure all loose items! Hats, sunglasses, and phones should be stashed or tightly held – the open chairlift ride up and the speedy luge down can easily jostle things free. Use the lockers at the base or have someone hold your belongings if needed.
- Consider trying the Night Luge if it fits your schedule. On Friday and Saturday evenings the tracks stay open later with colorful lights and music, giving a totally different atmosphere and cool photo opportunities.
