• Visit in the evening to catch the Rain Vortex light-and-sound show (typically starting after 7:30 PM) – it’s a highlight of Jewel’s experience.
• If you’re in transit, ensure you have at least a 4-5 hour layover to comfortably explore Jewel and return through security for your flight.
• Wear comfortable footwear; there are multiple levels and attractions to walk through, from the Forest Valley trails to the Canopy Park on the top floor.
• Plan which attractions you want to experience beforehand (sky nets, mazes, canopy bridge, etc.). Tickets are often sold per attraction, and buying a bundle can save money if you plan to do several.
• No re-entry is allowed for any paid attraction (except Canopy Park), so use restrooms or grab water before you enter each venue.
