Run by a beloved Phuket chef, this class kicks off with an optional market tour – weave through stalls brimming with fresh herbs, exotic fruits, and spices as you learn how to pick the best ingredients. Back in the kitchen classroom, you’ll don an apron and cook alongside the instructor, mastering 3–4 classic Thai dishes (think tom yum soup, curry, pad Thai) using traditional techniques like pounding curry paste. With plenty of laughter, tasting, and personal guidance throughout, by the end you’ll have the confidence to recreate an authentic Thai feast back home.
