A 75-minute guided tour of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium covering the home and away dressing rooms, the tunnel, pitch-side, media room and the iconic single-tier south stand (the 'Home End'). The stadium doubles as the NFL's UK venue with a retractable grass pitch. Matchday closures apply. Tours do not access the NFL locker room on non-gameday schedules.<br/>
- Tottenham's south stand holds 17,500 seats as a single tier, the largest in the Premier League.
- The stadium hosts NFL London Games fixtures each autumn, with the grass pitch sliding out to reveal an artificial NFL field beneath.

Food and beverages are available from The Media café which is included as part of the tour route. Open Monday-Friday 10am - 5:00pm, Saturday 10am - 6:00pm & Sunday 10am - 5:30pm.

At check-in, every visitor will be given a multi-media device to take around with them on the tour.

Step behind-the-scenes at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and follow the player’s journey with exclusive access to First Team facilities, NFL locker rooms and media areas. You can explore pitch side and even take a seat in the manager's chair!
