Restaurant Gordon Ramsay

Core by Clare Smyth

Opened in 2017 on Kensington Park Road. Clare Smyth became the first British woman to hold three Michelin stars at her own restaurant in 2021. The Ledbury

Opened in 2005 by Australian-born chef-patron Brett Graham. Regained two Michelin stars in 2023 and earned a third in 2024. Produce includes deer, Jersey cows and Iberian pigs reared on Graham's own farm. The refurbished dining room features an in-house fungarium. Head chef Tom Spenceley runs the kitchen alongside Graham.

Hélène Darroze at The Connaught

Three-Michelin-starred restaurant at the Maybourne-owned Connaught Hotel in Mayfair. Hélène Darroze, a fourth-generation chef from south-west France, took over in 2008. The dining room was refurbished by Pierre Yovanovitch in 2019. Signature dishes marry French technique with international influences, from Isle of Mull lobster with tandoori spices to her family Armagnac-served Baba.

Menu items are researched from historic British cookbooks in collaboration with food historians and the British Library. Heston Blumenthal has announced the restaurant will close in early 2027.

Opened in 2013 by the JKS Sethi siblings on Albemarle Street. Earned its first Michelin star in 2014 and a second in 2024, making it the first two-star Indian restaurant in London. Inspired by colonial-era Indian sports and social clubs. Head chef Siddharth Ahuja leads a largely North Indian menu, with a cocktail lounge called 42 upstairs.
