The Vibe:Big cats, in Aravalli scrub forest.

Spread across the Nahargarh forest on the Delhi highway north of the city, this park houses rescued and captive-bred wildlife in large enclosures. It replaced the old city zoo as Jaipur's main animal facility.
Dry scrub and rocky ground stretch between widely spaced enclosures. Peafowl call constantly across a site that is quieter than its visitor numbers suggest.

  • Set within the Nahargarh forest reserve on the Jaipur-Delhi highway
  • Houses tigers, lions, leopards, sloth bears and a white tiger
  • Electric carts operate for visitors who prefer not to walk the full circuit
  • Rated 4.3 across more than 12,000 Google reviews

Fit For

  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Families: "The clearest big-cat viewing in Jaipur for young children."
  • 🧳 Solo: "Straightforward, self-paced and easy to visit alone."
  • πŸ’• Couples: "A quiet half-day out of the city."
  • πŸ“Έ Photographers: "Large enclosures give more natural framing than a city zoo."

Highlights

  • Tiger and lion enclosures, the main draw for most visitors
  • The white tiger, among the most-photographed residents
  • Sloth bears, leopards and Asiatic wildcats across the wider circuit
  • Electric cart service covering the full route
  • The lion safari section, ticketed separately from general entry - Hidden Gem
