Reserve your preferred time slot early – XLine is extremely popular and limited slots can sell out days ahead.
The check-in office is a bit hidden: it’s inside Dubai Marina Mall (Parking Level P2, near the Waitrose supermarket). Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your slot to find it and complete the waiver form.
Note the participant requirements: you must be roughly 50–100 kg in weight and 130–210 cm tall to ride. They will weigh and measure you on-site for safety compliance.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing (shorts or pants and a t-shirt) with closed-toe shoes, and tie back long hair. You’ll be in a face-down harness, so empty all pockets – secure lockers are provided to store bags, wallets, and loose items.
Don’t worry about filming – the staff will attach a GoPro to your helmet and take photos. The high-definition video and pictures of your zipline flight are included, so you can just enjoy the moment.
If you’re going with a friend, you can fly together on parallel lines. Booking two slots in the same time session lets you launch side-by-side for the shared experience.
