- Arrive 15–20 minutes before showtime to get good seats. Seating is first-come, first-served, and sitting nearer the front will give you a better chance to interact if volunteers are called up
- There is a small entrance fee to Creek Park (usually paid via card at the gate) since the Dolphinarium is inside the park – keep your Nol card or a few dirhams handy for entry
- During the show, stay seated and avoid sudden movements when birds are flying low. The trainers sometimes send birds gliding over the audience, and staying still ensures everyone’s safety
- Flash photography is prohibited so as not to startle the birds, but you can take videos and photos – be ready because the birds’ tricks and mid-air flights happen quickly
- After the show, there may be an opportunity to take a photo with some of the birds (for an extra charge). It’s a fun keepsake for kids, so have some cash or a card ready if you’re interested
