- • Washrooms/lockers/ATMs/cafés: Restrooms are available on all observation levels; there are no luggage lockers on-site; ATMs and food outlets (cafés, food court) are located in the Dubai Mall at the entrance
- • Baby care/prayer/relaxation: No dedicated baby-care or prayer rooms on the decks (pray at mall); benches on each level provide seating for rest
- • Notable: No onsite restaurants aside from The Lounge (food service); Wi-Fi is free throughout, and a gift shop is at the ground level of Dubai Mall
