- Taxi/Car: Show the driver 'Atlantis The Palm.' Use the valet drop-off beyond the hotel lobby. A free shuttle will take you from the parking area to Aquaventure’s ticketing plaza.
- Metro: Take the Palm Jumeirah Monorail to the Atlantis station and follow signs to Aquaventure’s entrance.
- Parking: Paid parking is available for Aquaventure guests near the tower entrance.
- Entrance: The Aquaventure entry is past the Wavehouse area; staff will fit you with an AQUABAND at entry for ride access.

- Restrooms/lockers/showers: Multiple facilities (including family restrooms) are located throughout the park. Paid locker rentals and towel stations are available.
- Cafés/ATMs: Numerous food outlets (from quick bites to full service) and gift shops line the park. An ATM is located near the ticketing plaza.
- Baby/Child Care: Baby-changing stations are in restrooms. Baby floaties and swim vests available free of charge at the kids’ area (Splashers).
