1) Meet at the Gym / No Pick-Up (Most Recommended)
Send us your hotel name or location. We'll suggest the closest FITFAC gym(the location above is 1 of 11 locations of FITFAC) and schedule your session. With 11 locations of Fitfac across Bangkok, 99% of hotels are within 15 minutes reached by car to one of our gym.

2) One-Way Hotel Pick-Up
We’ll pick you up from your hotel 30 minutes before the session and take you to the nearest FITFAC gym.(No transport back is offered for this option)

3) Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off Included
We’ll pick you up 30 minutes before the session and drop you off at your hotel afterward.

After arriving at the gym

You'll be greeted by our expert trainers and receive a free pair of Muay Thai shorts (valued at 990 Baht) to change into.

Start with a 15-minute intro on stance, guard, and warm-up. Then spend 45 minutes practicing powerful techniques using all eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Your coach will guide you at your own pace for a fun and personalized 1-hour session.

If you choose Option 3(Hotel pick-up & Drop off), we will also arrange a transportation back to your hotel from our gym after the training.



You can train at any of FITFAC's 11 Bangkok locations. Just send us your hotel name or where you’ll be staying, and we’ll recommend the closest branch. Most gyms are near BTS/MRT. Once booked, we’ll guide you—and if needed, our staff can escort you to the gym.
