The spa is inside CentralWorld (ZEN Tower) in downtown Bangkok. The nearest Skytrain stops are Siam or Chit Lom (each about a 10-minute walk via skybridge). Many taxis also know CentralWorld; have them drop you at ZEN department store entrance.
Once at ZEN/CentralWorld, look for signage to HARNN Heritage Spa or ask a concierge. Take the elevator to the 12th floor (marked 12M). The spa’s front desk is right as you exit the lift – a tranquil contrast to the mall below.
If driving, use CentralWorld’s parking (entry from Rama I Road or side streets). ZEN Tower has its own parking zone; then take elevators up. Allow extra time to navigate parking and find the correct lift lobby.
