This small-group cooking adventure starts at a lively local market and ends in the kitchen.  Participants shop at Bangkok’s Asok market for fresh ingredients, then walk to the House of Taste studio. Under an English-speaking chef’s guidance, they prepare several traditional Thai dishes (including making curry paste) from scratch and share the multi-course meal.  Afternoon classes also include a Thai fruit-carving demonstration. The 3.5-hour class combines hands-on cooking with eating what you make.<br/>

Become a Master Chef! At House of Taste Thai Cooking Class, you'll be able to cook authentic Thai food, and eat four favorite Thai dishes. The cooking class will be conducted in air-conditioned where you will be introduced to Thai exotic ingredients, including vegetables, spices, and herbs. We'll take the market visit at Asok market for the morning class only. It will be carving mango instead of market visit for the afternoon and evening class.

Meals as per itinerary (B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner)

At House of Taste Thai Cooking School, you'll be able to
1) shop at Asok market (Morning class only)
2) cook authentic Thai food with experienced chef
3) carve mango (Afternoon class and Evening class) 
4) have four favorite Thai dishes

The cooking class will be conducted in an air-conditioned class where you will be introduced to Thai exotic ingredients, including vegetables, spices, and herbs. The school's daily fixed menu consists of the following:
