- Wear clothes you do not mind staining; the red mud is heavy and rarely washes out cleanly.
- Bring a change of clothes and a sealable bag; on-site showers are basic.
- The minimum age for the in-water interaction is generally five years; smaller children may join for feeding only.
- Avoid bringing valuables into the pool area; lockers are provided for a small deposit.
- Pregnancy, mobility issues and open wounds disqualify participation under the welfare protocol.
- The experience runs in fixed morning and afternoon slots; missing the slot means losing the booking.

Accessibility
- The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Elephant mud fun experience is not though.
