- Pick up a daily show schedule at the entrance; the 4D theatre, lory feeding and free-flight sessions run at fixed slots.
- Buggies for hire help if travelling with elderly visitors; the park has slopes and stretches of uneven path.
- Hand sanitiser is useful between bird interactions; not all touch points have washing stations.
- Lunch slots fill quickly with tour groups; arrive at the restaurant before 12:30 pm if you've added the meal.
- Allow 3 hours minimum; rushing misses most of the scheduled shows.
